I. MANUFACTURING WARRANTY

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and allows a one-for-one exchange within 24-48 hours after purchase. The following defects are covered:

1. Seam Defects:

Unraveled seams or excessive loose threads.

Uneven stitching, misaligned or loose threads.

Damaged hems or frayed edges due to sewing errors.

2. Fabric Defects:

Fabric weaving defects (uneven threads or small holes).

Uneven discoloration due to dyeing process errors.

3. Attached Accessories Defects:

Loose or detached buttons, zippers, or hooks immediately after purchase.

Fallen embellishments such as beads, sequins, pearls, or other decorative elements without customer intervention.

4. Product Shape Defects:

Dress or garment shape not matching the advertised design.

Loss of structural integrity without being washed or ironed.

II. REPAIR & ALTERATION SERVICE (Service fees vary per item)

Applicable for customers who need adjustments or restoration services.

Depending on the level of damage, standard repair services take 5-10 business days.

Customers may opt for express repair service within 24-48 hours.

1. Alterations:

Adjusting dress or garment size to fit customer measurements.

Modifying dress length or sleeve length.

2. Seam Repair:

Reinforcing or restitching seams that have come undone over time.

Strengthening stitches in high-stress areas such as underarms or waist.

3. Hardware Replacement:

Replacing zippers, buttons, or hooks if damaged or missing.

Reattaching fallen embellishments such as beads, sequins, or pearls.

4. Shape Restoration:

Reinforcing inner linings to maintain the dress’s structure.

Treating wrinkles or reshaping garments caused by improper storage.

III. FABRIC CARE & PRESERVATION

1. Luxury Cleaning Service:

Professional dry cleaning or hand washing for silk, lace, and satin fabrics.

Stain removal treatment for yellowing or stubborn stains without fabric damage.

Mold removal for natural fabrics such as linen and cotton.

2. Anti-Wrinkle Treatment:

Steam pressing to prevent wrinkles during storage.

Special treatment to maintain fabric’s natural shape long-term.

3. Long-Term Preservation Service:

Storage of wedding dresses and haute couture pieces in specialized boxes.

Protective coating to prevent mold and fading over time.

IV. VIP CLIENT SERVICES

1. Styling Consultation:

Guidance on how to restyle the garment for different occasions.

Recommendations on accessories to complement the outfit for a sophisticated look.

2. Home Warranty Service: (Not yet available)

VIP customers may request in-home garment repair and maintenance services.
